The Milestone SynthWAVE is a game-changing tool for microwave-assisted chemistry, designed to bring laboratory reactions closer to pilot-scale applications. Its high microwave power density and powerful stirring allow the exact conditions developed on small-scale reactions to be replicated at larger scales, making it an ideal platform for scaling up reactions using our industrial and agricultural waste streams. This represents a crucial step forward toward pilot plant implementation. With SynthWAVE, multiple reactions can be carried out simultaneously under identical temperature and pressure conditions, enabling faster screening and optimization. Reaction products can be easily sampled at any time, ensuring precise control and reproducibility. The system supports temperatures up to 300 °C and pressures up to 199 bar, handling both batch and parallel reactions with ease.

By enabling the direct transfer of small-scale, waste-based synthesis methods to larger quantities, SynthWAVE allows our team to accelerate the development of sustainable chemical processes. This innovative technology opens the door to safer, more efficient, and reproducible scale-up, turning lab discoveries into real-world applications in circular chemistry.
